Noodle Spring Rolls
Instructions
1. In a pan heat 1 tsp oil and saute garlic and spring onion.
2. Add shredded carrot and cabbage, saute till veg cooks slightly.
3. Add soy sauce , sugar, salt, pepper. Saute on high heat.
4. Add noodles.
5. Leave to cool and roll your spring rolls, ( Add 2 tsp filling to the center, fold in sides, cover with the bottom corner and roll, use flour and water paste to seal)
6. Fry!
7. Serve with sweet chilli sauce

Ingredients:
-2 Packet Eezee Noodle ( Flavour of Choice)
– 1 tblsp oil
-1 a clove of garlic, finely chopped
-1 a small carrot shredded
-1 tblsp spring onion, chopped
-1/2 cup cabbage, shredded
– Pinch of salt
-Pinch of sugar
-Pinch Pepper
-1/2 tsp soy sauce
-Oil to deep fry

Chicken Noodle Soup
Method
1. Pour stock into the pan and add chicken breast, ginger and garlic. Bring to a boil ten reduce heat, partially cover and simmer for 10-15mins until chicken is tender.
2. Shred the chicken with forks and return it to the stock. Add uncooked Eezee Noodles, sweetcorn, mushrooms, spring onion and soy sauce.. Simmer for 3 -4 mins until noodles are tender.
3. Ladle into bowl and sprinkle over some spring onion, basil leaves and chilli Serve with extra soy sauce.

-2 cups chicken stock
-1/2 a boneless, skinless chicken breast

Method
1. Wash and slice mushrooms. Add 2 tsp of your butter to a pan, throw in your pepper and chopped garlic. once it starts to sizzle saute mushrooms till cooked.

3. Add your cooked mushrooms and with all the flavourings that may be in your pan to the noodles.
4. Add in your favourite grated cheese to you dish and season with salt

Cold Noodle Salad
Method
1. Steam your broccoli florets till cooked through then rinse in cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2. Prepare your noodle of choice according to the packaging, do not season.
once cooked run cold water through the noodles.
3. Prepare your peppers and cucumber and toss them in with your broccoli florets.
Add this mix to your cold noodles and toss to evenly combine.
4. Mix your mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar together. Mix the dressing through your noodles.
5. Finally sprinkle you spring onions over the top of your finished dish for added flavour and presentation!
Ingredients:

Spice Prawn Noodle Soup
Method
1. Heat the oil over medium flame and add the curry paste. Fry for couple minutes and add the garam masala, turmeric powder and stock cube (crushed)
2. Mix and add in 1½ cups of hot water. Let this come to a simmer and then add in the coconut milk, mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes and then add in the prawns
3. Cook for about 6-7 minutes or until the prawns are throughly cooked (curled and opaque). Season with salt and remove from flame
4. In serving bowls, divide the cooked noodles and top it with the noodle soup and prawns. 5. Garnish it with coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, slices of onion and a wedge of lime and serve immediately. Enjoy!

-300g prawns shelled
-200g egg noodles cooked
-4 tbsp Thai red curry paste
-400 ml coconut milk
-2 chicken stock cubes
-1 tsp garam masala
-½ tsp turmeric powder
-2-3 tbsp oil
-salt to taste

Tomatoe Boerewors Noodles
Method
1.Add a tablespoon of oil to a pot then add the boerewors and fry.
Cut into small pieces and add some salt and pepper.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they have browned.
Then add the tomatoes and tomato sauce.
3. Cook for 5 minutes and set aside.
4. Prepare your Eezee Noodles according to the instructions on the pack.
Add in your already prepared Boerewors and serve!

Chilli Beef Noodles
Method
1. Cook ramen in a saucepan according to package directions and set aside.
2. Add mushrooms, sauce, and spice packets in the last 2 minutes of cooking.
3. Prepare your beef by searing in a buttered pan. Add steak to your saucepan of noodles.
4. Top servings with cilantro and, if desired, additional sauce.

Method
1. Prepare your Hot Flash Chill Cheese Noodles according to the instructions on your pack and cook with your 1/2 teaspoon of garlic
2. Mix in your grated cheese once your noodles are done and let the cheese melt in the heat of your cooked noodles.
